Tanya Wilson is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor based in Black Rock in Bayside Melbourne. She provides psychological services to adolescents, adults, and older adults and has more than 20 years of experience working in the health industry, including previous training in Chinese Medicine & human biology, over 15 years in psychology and mental health.
Tanya has experience working with a wide range of psychological concerns across the lifespan. She has particular experience in delivering Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and working with individuals experiencing emotional regulation difficulties, including Borderline Personality Disorder. She has also worked with children and families, as well as within forensic settings.
Tanya holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and is currently undertaking postgraduate training in Bariatric Counselling, reflecting her interest in the relationship between psychological wellbeing, health, and lifestyle change.

Tanya draws on evidence-based psychological therapies and tailors her approach to the individual needs and goals of each client. Approaches used in therapy may include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), cognitive and behavioural strategies (CBT), and mindfulness- and trauma-informed approaches, including Mindfulness, Somatic therapy approaches, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Prior to studying psychology, Tanya studied and practised Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This background contributes to her broader understanding of mind-body health and Eastern philosophies that inform mindfulness and wellbeing.
Tanya also has experience conducting psychological assessments, supporting individuals and families to better understand academic, emotional, or behavioural challenges and identify appropriate supports where needed.
Outside of her professional work, Tanya enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, walking her dogs, spending time in nature, and exploring the many hidden gems Victoria has to offer.

Sarah is a clinical psychologist and board approved supervisor. She is passionate about helping her clients learn and develop in order to live a fulfilling and value driven life. Her goal is to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship in order to facilitate sustained change for her clients.
Sarah uses an integrative approach and adapts the therapy to align with the client, their presentation and their circumstances.
Sarah has completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical) and has worked in both forensic and hospital settings and has skills in psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention. Highly experienced delivering both individual and group-based intervention, Sarah draws on a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Anna is an experienced psychologist and board approved supervisor. She has worked across a variety of clinical settings including sub-acute hospital environments and comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) centres.
Anna is dedicated to ongoing learning to provide treatment that is neurodiverse affirming, LGBTIQA+ inclusive, and sex positive. She is aligned with Health At Every Size principles, and believes that people should be treated with care and respect regardless of their identity, body shape, size or health status.
Anna works with adults with a variety of mental health presentations. She offers personalised support tailored to each client's specific needs, drawing from her expertise in therapies such as DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and more.
