Psychological Assessment
MindZen Psychology provides psychological assessments to assist individuals and families in gaining a clearer understanding of cognitive, emotional, behavioural, or learning difficulties. Assessments may include:

- pre-surgical bariatric psychological assessments
- functional capacity assessments for NDIS applications
Feedback is provided following the assessment process to help individuals and families better understand the findings and discuss possible next steps.
Dietitian & Nutrition Support
MindZen also offers nutrition and wellbeing support for individuals experiencing concerns related to mental health, stress, burnout, emotional eating, ADHD, energy levels, routine difficulties, women’s health, and long-term wellbeing.
Nutrition support may assist individuals navigating:
- mental health and emotional wellbeing concerns
- emotional eating and difficult relationships with food
- ADHD and executive functioning challenges
- gastrointestinal conditions including IBS, FODMAP intolerance, Coeliac Disease, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
- weight management and metabolic health
- chronic disease management, including Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol
- women’s health concerns including PCOS, pregnancy, and gestational nutrition
- bariatric surgery preparation and post-surgical support

Telehealth Services
MindZen Psychology offers secure telehealth psychology appointments for clients who prefer to attend remotely.
Telehealth sessions are available for clients across Victoria and Australia, including those living in regional or rural areas, or those who prefer the convenience of attending sessions from home.
Face-to-Face Services
MindZen Psychology provides in-person psychology appointments at our clinic in Black Rock, Bayside Melbourne.
Face-to-face sessions offer a private and supportive environment where clients can meet with their psychologist to discuss their concerns and explore appropriate therapeutic approaches.
