Are you looking for a private practice where you can do meaningful clinical work, feel genuinely supported, and look forward to coming to work each day? We'd love to hear from you.
At MindZen Psychology, we believe that when psychologists feel supported, valued and inspired, they provide their very best care.
Located in the heart of Black Rock, Bayside Melbourne, MindZen Psychology has an established referral network with regular referral opportunities. As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for psychologists who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care and who would like to be part of something bigger than simply renting a consulting room.
MindZen was created with a simple philosophy: healing happens when we care for the whole person.
While our work is grounded in evidence-based psychological practice, we recognise that mental health is influenced by far more than thoughts alone. Relationships, the nervous system, physical health, nutrition, lifestyle, values and life experiences all contribute to wellbeing.
Our vision is to build an integrated health practice where psychologists and allied health professionals work collaboratively to provide exceptional client care. We value genuine collaboration, clinical excellence, and creating an environment where both clinicians and clients can thrive.
Joining MindZen means you can focus on working with clients while we take care of much of the day-to-day administration.

We're seeking psychologists who are:
Whether you're early in your career or an experienced clinician, we'd love to hear from psychologists who share our values and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to an evolving multidisciplinary practice.
MindZen Psychology is growing thoughtfully and intentionally. Our vision is to create a highly regarded multidisciplinary practice where clinicians enjoy coming to work, feel supported by their colleagues, and are proud of the care they provide.
As our team grows, we aim to continue expanding our integrated model of care through psychology, nutrition and other complementary health disciplines, creating a practice that supports both clients and clinicians over the long term.
Private practice should be professionally rewarding—not overwhelming.
At MindZen Psychology, we believe clinicians deserve the same level of care, encouragement and respect that they provide to their clients. We know that great therapy comes from clinicians who feel supported, valued and able to bring their authentic selves to work.
We're committed to creating a practice where psychologists can enjoy meaningful clinical work without feeling isolated or consumed by the demands of running a private practice. We value collaboration over competition, sustainable workloads over burnout, and professional growth through curiosity, reflection and lifelong learning.
Whether you're looking to establish yourself in private practice, reduce the administrative burden of working independently, or become part of a warm and collaborative team, we aim to provide an environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally.
Our vision is to build more than a successful psychology practice—we're building a community of clinicians who genuinely enjoy working together, support one another's growth, and share a commitment to providing exceptional care for our clients.
We'd love to hear from you.
Whether you're actively looking for a new opportunity or simply curious about what working at MindZen Psychology might look like, we welcome a confidential conversation.

All expressions of interest will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
If this sounds like the kind of practice you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
MindZen acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We acknowledge the Bunurong (Boonwurrung) people of the Kulin Nation, on whose land our clinic sits, who lived here long before us. We pay our respect to their elders past, present and emerging and any Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
We recognise that wellbeing is deeply connected to County, culture, and community. First Nations peoples have always understood that healing happens through these connections.
We honour the resilience and wisdom of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, whose knowledge of health and wellbeing has been carried for generations. Sovereignty was never ceded, and we all have a responsibility to listen, learn, and walk forward together with respect.
